LeyLance Incorporated ("LeyLance", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, leylance.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This policy covers this marketing website only. Our individual products and ventures (for example, Ervun and Wistrie) have their own privacy policies that govern the data handled inside those products.

- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, the topic, and your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not build a profile of you across other sites.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
- To operate, secure and maintain the website;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run this site. Your information is shared with them only as needed for the purposes above:
- Web hosting — our hosting provider stores the site files and processes server logs.
- Contact form delivery — form submissions are delivered to us through FormSubmit, which forwards your message to our email inbox.
- Fonts — typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to deliver the font files.
These providers may process data outside Canada. Where that happens, the information remains subject to the laws of the countries in which it is processed.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete it. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited time.
Your rights

Security
This site is served over HTTPS and hardened with modern security headers. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.
